These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RankFuel, a product of Two Cases LLC (“Two Cases LLC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
RankFuel is an AI-powered SEO platform that researches keywords, drafts articles, and publishes them to your website automatically. The service is delivered as a monthly subscription billed through Stripe.
2. Subscription and Payment
RankFuel operates on a recurring monthly subscription model. New users may begin with a 3-day trial period; after the trial, subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current monthly rate unless canceled before the trial ends. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Monthly article credits do not roll over from month to month, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings.
3. Trial Period
The 3-day trial grants full feature access. You must cancel your subscription before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue. If you do not cancel, your account will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the standard rate at the end of the trial.
4. Refund Policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. This applies to trial-conversion charges, monthly renewals, partial-period cancellations, unused article credits, and dissatisfaction with results. We treat all customers equally and do not make exceptions to this policy. You should fully evaluate the service during the trial period and cancel before automatic conversion if it's not the right fit.
5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute on a valid charge is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination. Consequences may include permanent bans on the associated email address and payment method, legal action to recover the charge, and reporting to applicable authorities. 6. Account Termination and System Abuse
We reserve the right to immediately and permanently terminate your account for abuse of the service, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity. No refunds apply to terminated accounts. Examples of system abuse include but are not limited to:
- Creating multiple accounts to extend trials or circumvent limits.
- Using a VPN or other tools to evade rate limits or country restrictions.
- Sharing credentials with users outside your organization.
- Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service.
- Submitting fraudulent payment information.
7. Content Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content RankFuel generates on your behalf. You have full rights to use, modify, publish, and commercialize the articles, images, and other outputs created through your subscription. Outputs are generated by AI models and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for fact-checking and reviewing content before publication. RankFuel is not liable for the consequences of content you publish.
8. Service Availability and Limitations
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that the service will meet your specific requirements, or that data will be preserved indefinitely. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. Service interruptions do not entitle you to refunds or credits.
9. Price Changes
We may modify pricing at any time. Active subscribers will not see a change during an active billing cycle; new pricing applies at renewal. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant price changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before renewal.
10. Account Cancellation and Data Retention
You may cancel from your account settings at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and you retain access through the end of your current billing period. Account data is preserved for 30 days after cancellation, after which we may permanently delete your account and all associated data. Export any content you wish to keep before canceling.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankFuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or the cost of substitute services — arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to RankFuel in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the liability.
12. Data Privacy and Security
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe; we do not store credit card details. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@tryrankfuel.com.
13. Communications and Email Consent
By creating an account, you consent to receive service-related emails (account status, billing, technical issues, security updates) and occasional marketing emails about RankFuel. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email footer or by contacting us. Service-related emails are required and cannot be unsubscribed.
14. Affiliate Agreement
If you participate in our affiliate program, you may not earn commissions on self-referrals or purchases controlled by you (using identical names, emails, billing addresses, or payment methods). Affiliates are not allowed to bid on the brand name “RankFuel” or close variants in search engines, social platforms, or paid advertising networks. Violations result in program termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.
15. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to resolve any disputes arising from the use of RankFuel exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
16. Updates to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted at this URL with the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
